Thought we'd pass along some info on Kirby
Hines Benefit. We will have it Sat. June 5th. From 12-8 pm at St. Florian
Park. We will have multiple bands ,singers, musicians, and open mic for
anyone who wants to donate their talents. We'll also have food galore
including but not limited to hamburgers, hotdog, BBQ, stew, pizza, desserts,
popcorn, cotton candy and who knows what else. All kinds of kid’s attractions
including inflatables, dunking booths and many more. We’ll have
silent auctions on many items that many people and businesses have donated
including a Stoeger over and under 410 gauge shotgun.

Welcome to the Lauderdale County Association of
Volunteer Fire Departments! The LCAVFD was established in 1977 to
provide for a common voice among the fire departments in Lauderdale
County. Lauderdale County has a population of over 88,000 and covers
669 square miles in northwest Alabama. Fourteen volunteer fire departments
provide protection for nearly 60 percent of those residents, with the
remaining balance residing within the city limits of Florence
